Session Notes:
Initial encounter based on referral by Dr. Leafy Herbiculus, Sporophyte Sanitarium.
My initial diagnosis of Sebastian was a depressive mood disorder, however, based on our session, I am afraid his psychiatric problems are still much deeper. Although he has significantly improved since his discharge from the Sanitarium, his desire to be a real living plant continue to manifest in an array of denial and mild delusion. He claims his problems stem from his troubled early seedlinghood when he was uprooted from the White House lawn.

Until his condition stabilizes I am prescribing a low dosage of haldol, an antipsychotic.
